Vicor to present the benefits of 48V zonal architectures at Automotive Engineering Exposition 2025 ONLINE STAGE 1

Andover, MA, May 14, 2025 – Vicor Corporation (Andover, MA) announced that Vicor K.K Japan (Headquarters: Shinagawa ward, Tokyo) will present the benefits of the 48V zonal architecture at the Automotive Engineering Exposition, sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan (JSAE).
Vicor is working with OEMs and Tier Ones to design smaller and lighter power systems using 48V power distribution and high density modular DC-DC converters. Learn about three Vicor automotive-grade power module products that are being used to design 48V zonal architectures, active suspension systems and other automotive subsystems. The Vicor power modules enable rapid power design and enable easy scalability across xEVs.
In addition, an online seminar titled "Vicor's latest power solutions, maximizing the benefits of zonal electrical and electronic architectures" will be held. Seishi Tsukimoto, Senior Applications Engineer at Vicor, will explain the advantages of using 48V power distribution in combination with high density power modules. He will share the best practices for designing the most compact and most efficient power delivery networks using modular DC-DC converters.
